We process orders within 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed after 17:00 (CET) on Fridays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods
We use trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, and local postal services. The delivery time varies depending on the chosen shipping option:
- Standard Shipping: 7 to 10 business days.
- Express Shipping: 3 to 5 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your delivery.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected. We offer free shipping for orders over €50 within the European Union.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all EU countries and some international destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
