Return and Exchange Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee
At Drop4Shop, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with the products purchased. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option of exchange or return within the established timeframe.

2. Exchange and Return Period
You can request an exchange or return within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.

  • Defective Product: If the product has manufacturing defects, you have up to 90 days to request an exchange or return.
  • Incorrect Product: If you receive a product that does not match what you ordered, we will exchange it at no additional cost.

3. How to Request an Exchange or Return
To initiate the process, follow the steps below:

    • Full name
    • Order number
    • Product to be exchanged or returned
    • Reason for the exchange or return
    • Photos of the product, if applicable

Our team will respond within 5 business days with detailed instructions on the procedure.

4. Conditions for Exchange and Return
To process your exchange or return, please ensure that the product:

  • Has not been used and is in its original packaging.
  • Includes all accessories and the invoice.
  • Shows no signs of damage caused by improper use.

5. Shipping for Exchanges and Returns

  • Defective or Incorrect Product: The shipping cost for return or exchange will be covered by Drop4Shop.
  • Other Reasons (e.g., size exchange): The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for return or exchange.

6. Refunds
If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, it will be processed after inspection of the returned product. The refund will be issued within 10 business days after the return is approved. The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase.

7. Non-Eligible Items for Exchange or Return
The following products cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Products showing signs of improper use or normal wear and tear.

8. Shipping Fee Refund
The shipping fee paid at the time of purchase will only be refunded in cases of shipping errors or manufacturing defects.
